Very nice Hotel Experience!

I found the location superb. The breakfast had such a great selection and variety. The spa provided a very cute and relaxing experience. I felt hidden from the noise. The pool was amazing.
The kids play area was undergoing maintenance.

The room was spacious. It also had a terrace. I loved that we had a ceiling fan in addition to air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was of best quality. Great aircon existed in room.

The staff are very kind and caring. Check in to departure went very smoothly. The staff are super friendly and helpful. One staff member went out of her way to ensure we got the right room. She was pleasant. Staff were very attentive.

The room had air conditioning and a large bathroom. A nice balcony overlooked the pool. Breakfast provided many options, including a noodle bar and omelet bar. The location was near the historic town. It was easy to arrive by taxi.
The gym was quite small.

the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. i was offered a free room upgrade and that was a lovely surprise. the gardens were lovely and well maintained and the location couldn't be beat. easy walking distance to the river and all the ancient town had to offer.
i think the gym doesn't offer much. it is very small.
